My commitment to you:

Everyone deserves affordable access to high quality therapy. Period.

I am committed to you receiving the best care possible for you at a price that will ensure you are able to commit to your therapeutic process. Through Creative Ways Therapy, I accept DC Medicaid and BlueCross BlueShield Insurance. Additionally, I work with other amazing therapists at this practice and you may have faster access to care by reaching out to Creative Ways, even though you may not work with me specifically.

For those clients that contact me directly, I do not accept any insurance. 

My normal rate is $200 per 60 minute session, regardless of whether it is an intake, a regularly scheduled session, or a family session.

HOWEVER: I will gladly work on a sliding scale basis and will accommodate ALL clients' financial ability to pay for therapy depending on need and access, taking into consideration your military status, socioeconomic status, and ability to access other viable care. 

Your healing is my primary goal.  

How Sliding Scale Works

We start with a FREE consultation

We will go through a brief consultation and review needs and goals in therapy. Since my caseload is not able to be infinite, you may be placed on a waiting list or referred out to another therapist who would better serve you (with your permission). 

My personal business prioritizes military and veteran clients who are having issues accessing the TriCare or VA medical systems or who are unable to access those systems completely. I will always discuss financial rates and options with my clients prior to beginning any work and will clearly discuss whether I may need to delay seeing you and where you would fall on a potential waitlist. 

If you are able and would like to pay out of pocket, many insurance companies reimburse for mental health services and I am able to provide you with a Superbill (monthly billing invoice) through Simple Practice. 

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911, 988, or text BRAVE to 741741. If necessary, go to your local emergency room or psychiatric crisis center.
